🌿 About Rooted Integrative Wellness
At Rooted Integrative Wellness, we believe that mental health is shaped by the dynamic relationship between mind, body, and lifestyle. Emotional wellbeing is not just a product of thoughts or experiences alone, but also how stress, physiology, and daily patterns interact over time.
Our approach is grounded in the understanding that many women experience anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue not because something is inherently wrong, but because their systems are overloaded and unsupported.
Through an integrative, whole-person lens, we help women better understand their mental health, develop practical tools for regulation, and create sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.
🌿 Philosophy
We believe that meaningful change begins with understanding. When women are given the tools to make sense of their experiences—rather than judge them—they are better able to respond with intention, rather than react from overwhelm.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, our work emphasizes sustainable, realistic changes that align with each individual’s life and needs.
Who We Are
🌿 Mission
To support women in developing a deeper understanding of their mental health through an integrative approach that combines psychological insight, mind–body awareness, and lifestyle foundations, fostering lasting clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
🌿 Vision
To create a space where women feel informed, supported, and empowered to approach their mental health in a way that is both compassionate and sustainable—moving beyond symptom management toward a more grounded and balanced way of living.
Meet the Founder | Dr. Jeanine Bourcier, DHS, LMFT
Dr. Jeanine Bourcier is a licensed marriage and family therapist and integrative mental health practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals across a range of settings.
Her work focuses on women’s mental health, with an emphasis on anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and the complex ways in which lifestyle, physiology, and life transitions impact overall wellbeing.
She takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with education around the mind–body connection and the lifestyle factors that influence mental health.
Her work is grounded in the belief that when women are given the space and tools to better understand their experiences, they are more able to respond with clarity, intention, and self-compassion.
Rooted Integrative Wellness was created to provide a more thoughtful, comprehensive approach to mental health—one that honors the full complexity of each individual’s experience.
