Welcome to

Menopause & Mental Health

Welcome, and thank you for enrolling in Menopause & Mental Health.

Menopause is far more than a hormonal transition. For many women, it can affect mood, memory, concentration, sleep, energy, stress resilience, and the way they experience themselves in daily life. Yet these changes are often misunderstood, minimized, or attributed solely to stress or aging.

This self-paced course was created to provide clear, evidence-informed education through the ROOTED whole-person approach. Together, we'll explore the relationship between menopause and mental health, separate common myths from current understanding, and discuss practical strategies that can help support your wellbeing during this stage of life.

Below you'll find the course video. Feel free to pause, take notes, or return to the material whenever it's helpful. My hope is that you'll leave with a deeper understanding of what you're experiencing, greater confidence in navigating this transition, and practical insights you can begin applying in your everyday life.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your learning journey.
